SWISS ROOM BANQUET MENU

For groups of 20 to 40 the following times: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday evenings; Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 4:30 pm and Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.   On Friday evenings there is a $200.00 ($350 in December) room charge and a minimum of 24 adult guests. We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your function.  We require that you collect the main course order from your guest 1 week prior to your event.

      $42 per person (plus 8.5% tax and 20% gratuity)

   NY Sirloin charbroiled

  Schnitzel pork tenderloin, breaded and sautéed

  Chicken Marsala sautéed in a marsala wine demi sauce with mushrooms

  Baked Haddock herb crumb topped, lemon butter sauce

  Broiled Salmon with lemon butter

  Eggplant Parmesan panko breaded, baked, topped with marinara and provolone

Dessert

cheesecake with strawberry sauce, chocolate mousse cake, carrot cake
